More Advantages of using Video
Video gets results: Using video to promote your products/services will give your company a competitive edge. Soloflex, Inc. offers a free video that demonstrates its $1,000 exercise system. Each video costs the company $6.50, and nearly half of those who view the Video Brochure order a system. It is your own commercial that you send to a specific audience.
Image: Using video can help your organization project a positive image. Video can also make a relatively small company look like a national or international corporation.
Standardization: Video presents standardized information for every viewer, every time. This is especially important in training applications because it allows the viewer to go back over areas they missed.
Best Salesperson: Video allows you to use your most effective trainer or best salesperson as often as you wish. This person can be in literally dozens of places at the same time which eliminates one-on-one instruction.
More Advantages will be coming your way soon.
The importance of audio quality

When creating a video, make sure that your audio is as good as your video quality. You are conveying a message. You want to be sure that the message is heard. Placement of the microphone is key to recording the audio track. All cameras have a built-in mic, but they vary in capabilities. Some cameras have an input port in which an external microphone can be plugged in. This is the best for recording directly onto your video. An external mic gives you options as far as placement of the mic to your subject. There is the option to use wireless mics. And the “aftermarket” mics offer better quality, like the Shure SM-58. I will talk more about this subject in my upcoming video about this topic.

Video and Radio…together
When we combine a radio broadcast with video, does that make Vadio or Rideo? I’m not sure, but it’s a great medium for increasing your exposure. I am in a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) group that regularly broadcasts on the radio. Here is a brief video combining a radio broadcast with video. This is Ellen Dean, a certified financial planner with Raymond James Financial, talking about how the small expenses can erode your budget. Good information.
