Simon Bennett is an Australian cyclist on Team Type 1. He visited Arizona on a tour to educate people with diabetes type 1. Most people get Diabetes because of the lack of exercise and overeating. We should be more aware of our lazy lifestyles and start exercising regulary to avoid Type II Diabetes.
